Our lease option program is a great alternative to a conventional  real estate sale. When the market is slow you need every advantage you can get to maximize your ability to sell your property. Our program allows you to reach a much larger buyers pool than a traditional sale. We work with eligible tenant/buyers so that they are able to make the purchase within the lease option contract. Although this is a great program for first time buyers there is no price limit on these homes.

Qualified tenant/buyers must be able to make a minimum down payment. The total down payment will vary for each property. Our lender will work with buyer to make sure they can qualify for a mortgage during the lease period.
